Each year, the National Propane Gas Association Southeastern Convention & International Propane ExpoTM brings industry members together and serves as a springboard for new ideas and technology. Some call it the “propane prom,” a nod to the prestige and anticipation surrounding the event.

The New Product Showcase is consistently one of the main attractions. The 2024 version of the showcase featured rising stars on the clean energy stage, including a hybrid home heating solution, a propane-powered electric vehicle charging station, and low-emissions power generation equipment that’s both portable and reliable.

Here’s a look at the roster and what the pros are saying:

Pioneer e-Boost Mini Off-Grid Charging Skid/Trailer

“When people move electric, their first concern after ‘can I charge my vehicle’ is ‘what if there’s a blackout?’ So we’re seeing people keep these units as backup power, getting rid of the diesel generators, and using propane generators for clean power.”

– Scott Bradley, Pioneer eMobility

Evergreen Rover Light Tower

“This product would be used anywhere you would require mobile power for anything, whether it be in a power outage, a disaster recovery zone, or a social event like a festival or picnic.”

– Scott Mook, Evergreen Mobile Power

ANA/Evergreen Propane Energy Boss

“It allows us to take what would normally need propane to be refilled every other day to five and a half days you can now run off of 64 gallons of propane.”

– Bryan Mack, ANA Corp.

Bindus Heat Pump HelperTM

“The quality of heat from the Heat Pump Helper I find to be way ahead of HVAC heat. It’s warm, it’s not a dry heat, and I think that’s something customers will really enjoy.”

– Ryan Faulkner, NWP Energy, Heat Pump HelperTM Personal Use Program Participant
