State Profiles FAQ

Data within the profiles is from a mix of sources including the American Petroleum Institute, the Energy  Information Administration, the American Community Survey, and others. For a full listing of all data sources used by section and chart please see the breakdown in the User Guide.

In the top right-hand corner of all charts, there is a small “cog” button that allows you to export the data, the chart image, or view a data table within the User Guide.
