Return Policy
Returns submitted within 1 year of purchase and are in their original condition are available for refund.
Instructions for Submitting a Return
To complete a return, log into your Account and go to the “Download and Purchase History” section.
- Find the order you wish to return, and select “Return Items”
- Check the box for the items you wish to return, and select “Continue”
- Complete the return request form including the quantity of items to return and the reason for the return. Click “Submit.”
- On the next screen, scroll to the bottom to see your RMA number and request details. You can check this page at any time to see the status of your refund request.
Once your request is submitted, the PERC returns team will be notified of your request, and you will receive a confirmation email. Please check this email for further instructions about your return. You will need to print the email and include it in the box with your return. Please also include the RMA# on the outside of your box.

Please note you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to us. It is recommended that you save your tracking number when sending a return.
Once your returned product is received back in the warehouse, your refund will be processed and you will receive an email notification.
