WASHINGTON (February 4, 2019) – Builders interested in learning how to integrate propane appliances into their future projects will have multiple opportunities to educate themselves at the International Builders’ Show Feb. 19-21 in Las Vegas.
The Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) is sponsoring a Show Village home, which will feature propane systems that highlight the design and energy-efficient opportunities available by building with propane.
“Whether building a single custom home or a community of 100 homes or more, propane’s versatility makes it an ideal energy solution, giving homeowners the superior comfort, performance, and reliability of gas energy, even when building off natural gas lines,” said Jesse Marcus, director of residential and commercial business development at PERC. “We look forward to talking to builders that are interested in learning more about how to improve their business by incorporating propane into their building strategy.”
The mid-century modern show home will feature a wide variety of gas appliances, including:
- Rinnai tankless water heater.
- Goodman furnace.
- Briggs & Stratton home generator.
- Whirlpool range/oven.
- Whirlpool washer & dryer.
- Empire fireplace.
Builders are also encouraged to stop by PERC’s outdoor booth (P1) where they can not only learn more about the propane appliances featured in the show home, but also how to integrate them into their own homes and communities.
