After four years in Las Vegas, the International Builders Show will look a little different in 2017 as it returns to Orlando. One thing that won’t change? The home tours, buzz, and nightly parties at the outdoor Show Village.

This year, the Show Village neighborhood in the parking lot of IBS will feature the 55+ Home. Designed by Jim Chapman, chairman of the National Association of Home Builders’ 55+ Housing Industry Council, and built by Nationwide Homes, the modular home will showcase features that appeal to the Baby Boomers segment, such as energy efficiency, open floor plans, and aging-in-place amenities. Make sure to check out how propane systems like the Rinnai tankless water heater, Generac home standby generator, Empire fireplace, and Whirlpool cooking and drying appliances make the home stand out to Baby Boomer buyers.

After your tour, stop by outdoor booth P5 to learn more about outdoor propane amenities and incentives for building with propane.
