Demand for in-floor radiant heat is ticking up, and for one room in particular: the bathroom. According to a survey of more than 500 residential architecture firms by the American Institute of Architects at the end of 2017, 40 percent reported an uptick in demand for the feature in bathrooms. That is up from 30 percent of firms citing an increase in 2016, Remodeling reported. Other design features capturing increased consumer interest heading into 2018 include large walk-in showers (63 percent of firms), drinking water filtration (30 percent), and double islands (25 percent). Learn more about how propane can help your projects achieve efficient, consistent, and comfortable in-floor radiant heat year-round.
